Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Chandler, AZ. This role supports the GM in daily hotel operations, leads front desk efforts, and drives revenue and guest satisfaction in a fast-growing extended-stay brand.

You will manage shifts, staffing, payroll, and performance reviews while ensuring brand standards and exceptional guest experiences. A hands-on leader focused on profit, service quality, and Say Yes to a Simple Request program.

Qualifications

• Experience managing operations within major hotel brands or similar hospitality environments.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency and profitability.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and uphold Sandpiper and brand standards.
• Direct payroll, hiring, promotions, and performance reviews; coach and develop staff.
• Assist the GM with budgeting, cash management, labor, and revenue controls; monitor goals.
