Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight & Manager on Duty: front desk shifts and uphold brand standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: direct employees, payroll reviews, coaching, appraisals.
• Financial & Sales Support: monitor cash, budget controls, revenue; conduct sales calls to increase occupancy.
• Quality & Guest Experience: monitor guest issues, ensure clean rooms and guest satisfaction.
• Property & Asset Protection: protect company assets and guest information.
