Job summary

Exos is seeking an Operations Manager to be a strategic partner for our global client, overseeing back-of-house operations to ensure seamless experiences across communities and spaces. You will connect spaces, programs, initiatives, and coaching platforms to empower Performance Managers and practitioners to deliver exceptional services, drive operational excellence, and manage vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management or related field.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification.
• On-site 3-5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making in ambiguous situations.
• Proven ability to manage facility operations and vendor relationships.
• Experience in community programming and stakeholder management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: ensure smooth operations and high stakeholder satisfaction by proactively implementing solutions.
• Facility and Vendor Management: oversee facility operations and vendor relationships including repairs and CapEx.
• Resource and Process Development: design resources and systems to support program delivery.
• Community and Events Support: handle backend logistics for onsite events.
