Job summary

Exos is seeking an Operations Manager in Mountain View to partner with a global client and oversee back-of-house operations, ensuring seamless delivery of experiences across communities and spaces.

You will drive operational excellence, manage vendor relationships, and enhance stakeholder satisfaction while supporting Performance Managers and Coaches in delivering community programs and services. This on-site role requires strong collaboration and problem-solving across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a related field.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certification.
• On-site 3–5 days per week.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in ambiguous situations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational excellence and high stakeholder satisfaction by proactively implementing solutions to improve user experiences.
• Oversee facility operations and vendor relationships, including repairs, maintenance, supplies and CapEx.
• Deliver resources, processes, and operational systems that support managers and coaches in delivering community programs.
• Provide backend logistics support to Community and Events managers for onsite events.
