• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings (Academy/Open Door) and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and participates in community outreach by engaging associates and managers with external organizations and programs.
• Supervises hourly associates, conducts training, mentors, and evaluates performance.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, controlling expenses, and analyzing economic trends.
