Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs, representing Walmart to external organizations and supporting associates and managers.
• Models customer service standards and drives store initiatives to improve the customer experience.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by reviewing profit and loss statements and controlling expenses.
