Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train and mentor associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee store operations, budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
• Drive sales, inventory flow, merchandising and shrink reduction across the store area.
• Provide feedback, set expectations and develop a culture of belonging.
