Job summary

Thundermist Health Center seeks an experienced Manager of Community Access Programs to oversee Convenient Care, Telephone Triage, and school-based health initiatives across multiple sites. You will coordinate staffing, workflows, and performance metrics to ensure timely, high-quality patient access.

The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and a commitment to health equity. Regular travel between sites is expected, with evenings and weekends coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a health-related field.
• RN licensure or equivalent clinical credential preferred.
• Experience coordinating multi-site health programs and operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Convenient Care, Telephone Triage, and school-based health programs across sites.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows; manage performance expectations.
• Monitor access metrics (wait times, patient flow, experience) and implement improvements.
• Support onboarding, scheduling, payroll review, PTO/FMLA tracking, and staff performance.
• Communicate with Executive Directors and Medical Directors to resolve workflow barriers.
• Ensure registration processes support timely access and efficient intake.
