Job summary

Thundermist Health Center seeks a Manager of Community Access Programs to oversee the day-to-day operations of Convenient Care, Telephone Triage, and school-based health programs across multiple sites.

You will coordinate staffing, workflows, and performance metrics, acting as the operational backbone to ensure timely, high-quality care while advancing health equity in diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or operational leadership experience in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Convenient Care, Telephone Triage, and school-based health programs across multiple sites.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Monitor access performance metrics and implement improvements based on data trends.
• Support workforce management including onboarding, payroll review, PTO/FMLA tracking, and coaching.
• Manage relationships with school partners and community organizations to ensure program effectiveness.
• Provide supervision and professional development for assigned staff.
