Job summary

Olberding Brand Family seeks an Operations Manager / CDL to lead client delivery across the BU, coordinating design, production, and quality control in Cincinnati.

You will own execution, optimize resources and capacity, monitor risks, and ensure SLA compliance while partnering with the Client Business Lead.

This role requires 7+ years in production operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and a track record of cross‑functional leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in production operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex workflows.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and resource management skills.
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments and with packaging graphics.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and ensure quality for all work in the BU.
• Lead daily operational activities across Design Adaptation, Production Art, Quality Control, and release workflows.
• Monitor work-in-process and address bottlenecks.
• Ensure resources are engaged at the right stages.
• Escalate risks to the CBL when impacting client expectations.
• Foster collaboration across shared services and teams.
