Hawthorn Innovations in Louisville, KY is seeking a high-level operations leader to orchestrate workflow across Creative, Design, Production, Supply Chain, and Logistics. You will translate strategic direction into structured plans and ensure teams are aligned, informed, and accountable.

This role focuses on scaling execution, SOPs, and reliable performance, while keeping leadership focused on growth and major client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in operations management, business operations, agency operations, or leadership roles.
• Experience managing workflows across multiple departments simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of project management systems and operational organization.
• Experience with Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or ClickUp.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Company-Wide Workflow and translate high-level priorities into organized execution plans.
• Oversee workflow across Creative, Design, Production, Build/Fabrication, Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, and Client Services.
• Build and refine SOPs, accountability structures, and internal communications.
• Identify bottlenecks and ensure timelines are realistic and followed.
• Help leadership focus on growth and major client relationships.
