Loomis- seeks an Operations Supervisor with strong leadership to work with branch leadership in Memphis. The role focuses on coaching, training, surveillance, loss investigations, and enforcing policies to safeguard assets.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in Operations Supervisor leadership role within the armored transportation or warehousing industry.
• Must be skilled in Microsoft Office, Route Planning, CIT Operations, CMS Operations, Employee Training, Access Controls, Data Analysis, ATM Services, Claims Resolution, Loss Investigations, and ability to prepare for and work with Internal and External auditors within all operations of the Birmingham and Montgomery branches.
• Experience with Operations Software including Track and Trace, SoFi, Netra dyne, AXIS Body Worn Cameras, Oracle, and EVAS.
• Knowledge of Federal DOT regulations for commercial drivers and OSHA compliance.
• Understand Branch Compliance Audit (BCA) and CMS Compliance Audit guidelines.
• Ability to persuade others to conform with Loomis standards.
• Work with CIT and CMS leaders to reduce Theft, Losses and Shortages and uphold safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise operations to support branch leadership.
• Mitigate risk through coaching, training, surveillance, loss investigations, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with CIT and CMS operations to reduce theft and losses and ensure safety and compliance.
• Prepare for and cooperate with internal and external auditors.
