Loomis in Pensacola is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage and optimize daily armored transport, vault and ATM operations. You will work with management to foster a professional, safe and efficient operation while delivering high-quality service to customers in the region.

The role emphasizes leadership, route coordination, safety, and customer-focused problem solving, with salary commensurate with experience and skill set.

Qualifications

• Valid firearms permit required.
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to train and present to groups.
• Experience in transportation, warehousing, or related field.
• Experience in banking or retail cash and ATM operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route daily operations.
• Oversee armored and ATM route, dispatch and vault operations.
• Ensure safety and security of employees and facilities.
• Coordinate maintenance of vehicles and equipment.
• Investigate accidents and complete required paperwork.
• Lead and develop operations staff; recruit and train personnel.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with sales, branches, and vendors on operational solutions.
• Manage overtime, vacations, and productivity.
• Emergency response to incidents and security events.
