Job summary

Loomis US is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor in Memphis to lead armored transport and related warehousing operations within our nationwide network.

You will coach branch leadership, help mitigate risk, and ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA standards while coordinating with auditors and leadership teams.

The role requires strong communication, a proven self-starter mindset, and a commitment to Loomis policies, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• College degree or 3+ years of transport/operations experience.
• Experience training and conforming to company policies and procedures.
• Strong leadership and supervisory presence with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and mentor leadership teams.
• Mitigate risk through coaching, training, surveillance, and audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure compliance with DOT and OSHA standards.
• Drive improvements in route planning and loss prevention strategies.
• Utilize Track and Trace and other systems to monitor operations.
