Job summary

HID is seeking an US Operations Supervisor in Austin, TX to lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair functions, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will manage capacity planning, KPIs, and continuous improvement with a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes developing frontline staff, upholding standard work, and optimizing costs while maintaining inventory accuracy and service levels. A strong background in Lean and ERP systems is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, repair, or operations leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair teams with daily priorities and staffing plans.
• Own KPI performance for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory accuracy.
• Plan labor capacity, cross-training, and overtime to meet demand and schedules.
• Coach and develop frontline employees; conduct performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material constraints and backlogs.
