Job summary

HID Global in Austin, TX is seeking an US Operations Supervisor to lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair teams, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

You will manage labor planning, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with the Operations Manager to resolve constraints and improve end-to-end performance.

This role develops frontline employees, drives standard work, and upholds SOPs while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, repair, or operations leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years of direct supervisory experience managing multiple teams.
• Strong ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop employees across multiple functional teams.
• Experience managing operational KPIs, root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or similar methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead Warehouse, Production, and Repair teams to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory accuracy, and customer-service KPIs.
• Conduct performance reviews, analyze gaps, assign corrective actions, and report status and risks to the Operations Manager.
• Plan labor capacity, cross-training, workload balancing, and overtime to meet demand and schedules.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop employees; administer performance actions per policy.
• Coordinate cross-functional priorities to resolve material constraints and customer-impacting issues.
