Job summary

International Executive Service Corps seeks a Lead Operations Specialist / Turnover Coordinator in Aiken, SC to plan, develop, and administer a broad range of operations support functions. You will guide a work group, review turnover packages, and coordinate with the accepting organization to ensure complete, compliant handover for nuclear-related projects.

Qualifications

Thorough knowledge of policies, DOE orders, and regulatory statutes.
Excellent communication and coordination to manage cross-functional teams.
Ability to operate in highly regulated environments with safety emphasis.
Strong analytical skills to interpret turnover requirements and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, implement and administer programmatic functions in support of operations.
Provide leadership to a functional work group and direct the work of staff.
Prepare and review turnover work packages and related control processes.
Train operations personnel on new systems and equipment and evaluate performance.
Coordinate with accepting organization to compile turnover punch lists and ensure readiness for handover.
