Job summary

UDR Consulting, INC is conducting a Lead Operations Specialist - B (Turnover Coordinator) role in Aiken, SC to support Savannah River Site operations. The candidate will provide leadership in turnover activities, develop packages, and ensure regulatory compliance in a highly controlled nuclear environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or equivalent in a technical field with extensive experience, and may require a DOE security clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or higher with extensive relevant experience.
Thorough knowledge of DOE orders and regulatory statutes affecting the function.
Experience in operations support, turnover, or related industrial environments.
Strong understanding of nuclear facility operations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Schedule and participate in turnover walkdowns.
Develop turnover packages for handover to accepting organization.
Coordinate turnover punch lists and classify items as A/B.
Prepare turnover deliverables including drawings, equipment lists, and manuals.
Ensure compliance with nuclear regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to confirm completion and readiness.
