Job summary

You will plan and administer a range of operations programs, provide leadership to teams, and ensure safe, compliant facility operations and turnover documentation. US citizenship is required; strong communication and regulatory knowledge are essential. DOE-related experience preferred, with possible evening/weekend hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline with 14 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 18 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and administer programmatic and operational functions.
• Provide leadership and work direction to a functional group.
• Act in a lead capacity directing exempt and nonexempt staff.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Train operations personnel on new systems and evaluate performance.
• Communicate programmatic and procedural changes to staff.
