Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent).
• Experience in regulated environments with safety and compliance focus.
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement and administer complex operations programs.
• Provide leadership and direction to teams in a operations/support capacity.
• Demonstrate subject-matter expertise and ensure safe, efficient facility operation.
• Review and communicate procedures and changes to operations personnel.
• Coordinate turnover documentation, commissioning and project closeout processes.
