E2 Federal Services, LLC is seeking an experienced operations lead to plan, develop, and administer diverse programmatic and technical functions in support of nuclear facility operations. You will provide guidance, direction, and leadership to a team handling complex turnover, documentation, and compliance tasks.

The role emphasizes safe operation, regulatory adherence, and collaboration with contractors and internal teams to ensure readiness for handover and continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required and Q clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 10 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree in a technical discipline with 14 years of relevant experience.
• High School Diploma with 18 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of DOE orders and regulatory statutes relevant to the function.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a functional work group in operations support.
• Communicate programmatic changes to operations personnel.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of facility systems and equipment.
• Prepare and review turnover work packages and related processes.
• Coordinate with contractors and internal teams to complete turnover deliverables.
