Job summary

Niuro is seeking an Operations Lead to run the operations of our tech staffing business and to lead a team of Growth Engineers. You will own account operations, define requirement strategy, and drive performance and delivery metrics while handling client pressure, replacements, escalations, and underperformance with care.

• 5+ years in operations, account management, or related roles in tech, staffing, or startups.
• Experience managing people directly.
• Daily external client exposure with escalations and replacements.
• Ability to make fast decisions under pressure.
• Strong command of KPIs, pipelines, SLAs, and client economics.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
• Advanced English language skills (C1).

You will own account operations, requirement strategy, team performance and delivery metrics, making sure the team handles client pressure, replacements, escalations and underperformance well, without taking over day-to-day execution.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and hold Growth Engineers accountable: workload, feedback, onboarding and training.

What you bring

• 5+ years in Operations, Account Management, Client Success, Business Development or Consulting in technology, staffing, B2B services or startups.
• Current or recent experience managing people directly.
• Daily experience with external clients: escalations, negotiations, replacements and commercial prioritization.
• Fast decision making under pressure.
• Strong command of KPIs, pipelines, SLAs and client economics.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini.
• Advanced English (C1).
