Job summary

Niuro is seeking an AI Operations & Growth Lead to join our team. You will build AI systems and agents that run operations, own delivery for US clients and help accounts grow, measuring everything by KPIs.

You will deploy workflows, optimize processes, manage client SLAs, and drive commercial decisions with KPI-driven prioritization. This is a fully remote role with a long-term contract and growth potential at Niuro.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in AI operations, automation, engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI systems and agents.
• Workflow automation and process optimization.
• Systems thinking and bottleneck analysis.
• Client delivery, SLA management and client communication.
• Commercial judgment and KPI-driven prioritization.
• Proficiency in English (C1).

Responsibilities

• Build, deploy and improve AI systems, agents and workflow automations.
• Analyze processes, find bottlenecks and improve efficiency, quality and throughput.
• Own client delivery, SLAs, issue resolution and communication with US clients.
• Track KPIs, measure impact and prioritize by business outcomes.
• Spot account growth opportunities and make commercially sound recommendations.
• Build feedback loops and keep iterating.
