Job summary

Niuro is hiring a Platform Engineering Lead to architect the core platform and a unified data layer for an enterprise AI platform. You will lead a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and set engineering standards.

You will design semantic layers, ontologies, and secure access patterns, enabling AI agents to operate in production with strong security and compliance. This is 100% remote, long-term contract with Niuro.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with ownership of production architecture.
• Full-stack proficiency: TypeScript, Python, React, APIs and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience designing ontologies, knowledge graphs or semantic data models.
• Took software from prototype to production in distributed cloud environments.
• Enterprise security background: RBAC/ABAC, data isolation, encryption, compliance.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers. Able to travel internationally.
• C1 English.
