Job summary

Niuro is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to work inside customer environments, turning operational workflows into production integrations and agentic AI systems.

You will lead platform integrations, map workflows to platform configurations, and build production agentic AI systems using MCP. You will also onboard and migrate data from existing software while guiding deployments through IT and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software or integration engineering.
• Production experience with agentic AI systems that plan and execute multi-step tasks.
• Working knowledge of MCP or equivalent tool-orchestration frameworks.
• Enterprise integration patterns: APIs, ETL/ELT, middleware, event-driven architectures.
• Experience with enterprise security reviews and data governance.
• Able to travel to the US for up to two weeks (B1/B2 visa or ESTA eligibility).
• C1 English.
