Job summary

East Coast Facilities, Inc. seeks a Production Manager to lead field crews, oversee scheduling, and drive safety and quality across service centers. You will coordinate with the Operations Manager, dispatch crews, manage budgets, and ensure fleet and site standards are met.

You will also assist with proposals, estimates, and client communications. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and cost-control skills, with hands-on experience in field operations and training.

Qualifications

• Leads and supervises crews to meet production goals
• Manages scheduling, dispatching, and in-field training
• Ensures safety, quality, and cost controls in field operations
• Coordinates with Operations Manager and client updates
• Uses Omnia-SDS for ticket closure and job costing

Responsibilities

• Schedule production with the Operations Manager
• Source, pick up and deliver materials
• Purchase supplies per guidelines
• Print/deliver work tickets to Crew Leaders
• Close production tickets in Omnia-SDS and review job costing
• Dispatch crews and oversee equipment/personnel gaps
• Train Crew Leaders and Crew Members in technical, safety, and soft skills
• Conduct interviews and hire field workers as directed
• Communicate updates to clients and operations management
• Ensure fleet, uniforms, grooming, and site appearance meet standards
• Attend client meetings with leadership when required
• Assist with estimating and takeoffs for proposals
• Present proposals to customers as needed
