Job summary

SKIMS seeks an Assistant Store Leader – Operations in Center, Nebraska. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure operational excellence, drive store performance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a high-volume retail environment.

The role focuses on inventory control, replenishment, training on policies, loss prevention, and leading by example while maintaining brand standards. Must be ready for evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and ability to provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead in high-pressure moments.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on Operational Excellence and consistent execution.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory accuracy, and back room organization.
• Manage replenishment, size integrity, and product availability; flag concerns and collaborate on solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory-related responsibilities with a focus on accuracy.
• Maintain store supplies, equipment, and technology; report service requests urgently.
• Train the team on operational policies, safety, and loss prevention; lead by example.
