This hybrid role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years in product development operations, strong Excel and data skills, and experience with SAP integrations and Workfront to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5-8+ years of operations or program management within product development.
• Experience supporting new product launches and initiatives.
• Strong Excel data analysis, reporting and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with SAP integrations and Workfront.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive multiple cross-functional operational projects with plans, accounts, timelines.
• Develop and implement the product development operations center of excellence.
• Lead scoping, onboarding, and scaled implementation of inspection technology.
• Build data structures, KPIs and reports for visibility and risk management.
• Design and deliver training and communications for internal and vendor partners.
