Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in New Jersey to lead a diverse workforce of salaried and hourly staff. You will drive safety, quality, and productivity while delivering on customer delivery promises through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours.
