Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to support the Operating Director by leading in-office staff, overseeing scheduling, administration and operations, and sharing on-call duties with other managers.

The position requires a high school diploma or higher, two years’ administrative and/or HR experience, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel as needed. This exempt role offers salary around $50,000 USD and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; two years’ admin/sales/HR experience.
• Valid driver's license; auto insurance proof required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop office staff and ensure alignment with company standards.
• Liaise between the office and Home Base, including payroll notes and shift verification.
• Handle client escalations, perform quality visits, and maintain client satisfaction.
• Ensure state-required supervisory visits are completed.
• Share on‑call duties and support after-hours needs.
• Backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
