The candidate will lead scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with the Medical Leadership team to enhance patient care and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Strong background in healthcare operations, team leadership, and workflow coordination.
• Must hold an active clinical license as an RN, LPN, Medical Assistant, or EMT‑B/Paramedic.
• Dual-role duties: supervision plus scheduled clinical shifts in licensed role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient patient care.
• Assist with scheduling to maximize resource and staff utilization.
• Collaborate with providers and staff to maintain high patient service standards.
• Enforce clinic policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as point of contact for patient feedback with Medical Leadership.
• Place and manage orders for supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with finance to track expenses and adhere to budget.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff.
• Support performance evaluations and ongoing staff development.
• Foster teamwork and effective communication across the clinic.
