Job summary

A healthcare recruitment agency in Boston is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physicians to join a rapidly expanding urgent care network. Qualifications

• Prior experience in Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat acute illnesses and injuries in an urgent care setting.
• Perform procedures including suturing, splinting, I&D, and EKG interpretation.
• Interpret onsite imaging (e.g., X-rays).
• Supervise and collaborate with NP/PA staff.
• Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation.

Job description

We are seeking BoardCertified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Urgent Care Physicians to join awell-established and rapidly expanding urgent care network in the GreaterBoston area. This position offers a highly competitive compensation structure,flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative,patient-focused clinical environment.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM –8:00 PM
• Weekends: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Flexible scheduling options
• Full-time: 36+ hours perweek

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: Approximately$225,000
• Bonus Potential: Up to$100,000 annually
• Productivity incentivesbased on patient volume (~75 patients/day)
