Job summary

Family Health Center of Worcester, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to guide day-to-day operations across all sites. The role focuses on improving patient access and experience while implementing key process improvements in clinical services.

The successful candidate will lead workflow development, staff engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with leaders to standardize procedures, monitor budgets, and ensure culturally competent care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related healthcare administration; Master's strongly preferred.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Massachusetts.
• 5-7 years of ambulatory care experience.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in health systems management and quality improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee workflow processes to maximize access to care while meeting revenue goals.
• Lead initiatives to improve patient and staff engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to standardize processes and procedures.
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient resource allocation.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of assigned staff.
• Ensure culturally and linguistically competent care delivery.
