Resource Innovations in New Jersey seeks an Operations Manager with a strong background in energy-efficiency program management to join our leadership team. You will develop and implement short- and long-term plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and coordinate cross-functional program delivery while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, energy, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of energy-efficiency or DSM-related experience.
• Experience developing and implementing project scopes, budgets and plans.
• Ability to plan strategically and long-range.
• Contract development and negotiation experience.
• Excellent project and program management skills.
• Ability to establish job and work process flows.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines within budget.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in sustainability and meaningful environmental impact.

Responsabilidades

• Supports the development of program design including work plans, staffing alignment, forecasting for internal teams and clients.
• Coordinates the delivery of large-budget energy-efficiency programs to utility clients per contract terms and budgets.
• Identifies, defines, tracks, and drives program deliverables for timely submission.
• Continuously assesses progress and develops solutions to market dynamics.
• Manages cross-functional delivery teams and subcontractors.
• Manages client expectations, satisfaction, and communications; resolves issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
