Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer and partner launches from signed deal to live revenue.
• Design and run annual planning, quarterly goals, and business reviews across the company.
• Set cross-functional operating standards and shared tooling conventions.
• Lead BizOps and expansion operations for new markets and product launches.
• Build a repeatable launch playbook with owners, timelines, and readiness criteria.
• Establish clear KPIs and a single source of truth for company performance.
