Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations in manufacturing or construction.
• Must have a valid driver license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct quality service to maximize branch productivity.
• Support the Branch Manager in achieving financial objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and counsel staff.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety protocols.
• Be available on a 24-hour basis for customer needs.
