Qualifications

• 7+ years in traffic control and safety with direct crew work.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch production, budgeting, and financial performance.
• Manage shop activities, customer relations, and job site operations.
• Coordinate with estimating teams on capacity planning and critical path issues.
• Working with accounting teams on revenue recognition, forecasting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Travel as needed for project oversight and branch operations.
