Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with dental team to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Discuss treatment options with patients, verify insurance payment and collection, ensuring high-quality care.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirmation of patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payments, collections, balances and deposits.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
