• Conduct and participate in ten-week training to gain business leadership knowledge.

• Consult with patients on treatment options and verify insurance/payment.
• Hire, develop, manage and retain office staff.
• Review monthly results, manage profit and loss, and improve profitability.
• Lead daily huddles to align team and enhance patient experience.
