You will lead the non-clinical team, supervise daily tasks, and work with the clinical staff to optimize patient care. An eight-week training program supports success, with opportunities to give back to communities and patients’

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Analytical thinking; ability to leverage data in practice operations.
• Organized and detail oriented in a fast-paced front-office environment.
• College degree preferred but not required depending on experience.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards.
• Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
• Consult with patients on treatment options provided by clinical team, verifying insurance payment and collection ensuring high quality of care.
• Under the direction of the Manager, supervise and reinforce the daily tasks and priorities of the non-clinical team.
• Review data day to day to evaluate the impact on the practice.
• Oversee scheduling and confirming patient appointments.
• Verify insurance payment, collection, balance nightly deposits and credit card processing.
• Additional tasks assigned by the Manager
