Job summary

Sam’s Club in Buckeye, AZ seeks a leader to manage the development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality, guiding projects from requirements to delivery.

You will supervise associates, analyze data to inform decisions, and partner with product, merchandising, engineering, and other groups to drive cross-functional initiatives that optimize warehouse operations and customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year’s experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance or related area OR 3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Manages the development and improvement of new or existing operational tools, reports and customer-facing functionality by providing direction and input on project business and functional requirements.
• Provides decision support by analyzing and interpreting data and information, conducting analyses to understand trends, and translating data into recommendations.
• Supervises and manages associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and opportunities for growth, while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field

3 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area
