Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Bilingual preferred.
• Typical deadlines with lead times; seasonal volume changes; occasional interruptions; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manages staff to ensure timely and accurate processing and distribution of merchandise to stores.
• Maintains quality and integrity of production records and reports.
• Sets area objectives and coaches Area Supervisors to reach productivity goals.
• Troubleshoots day-to-day problems and plans long-term resolutions.
• Provides operational guidance on staffing and prioritization to meet production goals.
• Fosters a productive team culture and supports performance evaluations.
