Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college; OR 1 year's retail experience with 6 months' supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR 1 year's SAM'S Club experience; OR 3 years’ military experience.
• Preferred qualifications include Environmental Compliance or related field, Retail profit and loss statement management experience, Supervisory experience, Warehouse experience with cold chain compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop hourly Associates in assigned area by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Evaluate performance, promote a belonging mindset, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage budgeting for sales, expenses, and wages; monitor and achieve budgeted numbers.
• Collaborate with opening/closing managers to ensure smooth transitions and addressing issues.
• Improve member experience and engagement through service quality and effective merchandising.
• Oversee food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and product quality.
