Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Financial Management, Logistics, or related field.
3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, human resources, finance, or related area OR 1 year with supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Manage development and improvement of operational tools, reports, and customer-facing functionality across multiple business functions.
Lead one or more work streams for the operations organization, designing project plans and guiding associates and stakeholder teams.
Provide decision support by analyzing data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, including hiring, coaching, and performance feedback.
