Job summary
Grand Traverse Refrigeration Inc. is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to coordinate daily operations across service, installation, maintenance, dispatch, field support, account management, project management, and estimating.
You will help strengthen communication, follow-through, and customer satisfaction while developing leadership and technical skills for broader responsibilities. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Operations Manager, human resources, and operations leadership
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum three years in operations, field service, dispatch, or related roles.
- Experience with Service Titan and scheduling systems is strongly preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Act as liaison across operations, field staff, dispatch, customer service, account management, project management and estimating.
- Follow up on assigned tasks, customer concerns, process improvements, and commitments to maintain momentum.
- Coordinate meetings, reviews, and updates with the Operations Manager and other departments.
- Identify issues affecting customer satisfaction or project performance and communicate them timely.
