Qualifications

• Sales experience in inside sales or phone-based conversion is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with fast typing and multi-monitor setup.
• Excellent phone presence and communication to represent services.
• Ability to work in a collaborative office environment.
• Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to manage multiple service lines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong work ethic, accountability and eagerness to learn.
• Willingness to be coachable and grow professionally.

Responsibilities

• Logistics & dispatch tracking across HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing field teams.
• Maintain real-time field schedule accuracy and cross-team communication.
• Use CRM (ServiceTitan) to monitor appointments and update accounts.
• Handle customer interactions by phone to adjust schedules and quotes.
• Assist in preparing and supporting twice-weekly sales meetings.
