Qualifications

• At least 3+ years experience in management or a related degree field.
• General understanding of Profit and Loss.
• US driver’s license valid for 3+ years with clean driving record.
• Drug test and background check required; licenses/certificates as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer and employee retention and service center EBITDA.
• Balance labor utilization with production to optimize efficiency.
• Manage inventory and fleet within the service center.
• Direct hiring activities and coordinate with recruiting lead.
• Payroll administration for Service Professionals and supervisors.
• Set clear vision, track performance, and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Regional Ops and Continuous Improvement teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service to clients.
