Aptive Environmental seeks a dedicated Operations Manager for the Grand Rapids, MI area. This full-time role leads service centers, optimizes operations, and ensures top-tier customer service. Responsibilities include staffing, payroll oversight, KPI tracking, and collaboration with regional teams to drive growth and safe, high-quality service delivery.

A 3+ year management background and a related degree are preferred. Applicants must have a valid US driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience or equivalent leadership responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred.
• US driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead service center operations and optimize labor utilization.
• Oversee payroll for Service Professionals and Supervisors.
• Manage inventory and fleet; set staffing plans with recruiting lead.
• Drive KPI achievement and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Regional Operations Manager and Continuous Improvement to ensure safe, efficient service delivery.
• Deliver training and coaching to staff on communication and sales processes.
