Job summary

The Center for Autism and Related Disorders is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations at our Chantilly, VA center. You will manage staffing, scheduling, and the center’s financial health, ensuring smooth, compliant operations.

Lead administrative and clinical staff, recruit and onboard personnel, and drive KPI performance while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and family engagement.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in management.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business/administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent CARD professionally and ethically to internal and external stakeholders.
• Represent CARD in a positive manner and uphold all CARD standards and values.
• Communicate, implement, and represent CARD’s policies and mission at the center.
• Create and maintain strong staff engagement and culture.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative and clinical staff on an as needed/ongoing basis.
• Supervise administrative staff and clinicians’ daily operations to ensure employee and patient satisfaction.
• Schedule all clients and staff to ensure the fulfillment of contracted hours and minimum billing requirements.
• Partner with the Clinical Supervisor to provide high-quality clinical services and client satisfaction.
