Job summary

BBH in New Jersey seeks an Ops Lead Specialist to coordinate day-to-day workflow, maintain productivity, and ensure accurate account setup and maintenance across the unit. You will work closely with the Client Service Group and Operations teams to deliver accurate account profile support, resolve inquiries, strengthen controls, and contribute to a consistent client experience.

The role emphasizes training, process improvements, issue resolution, and ensuring deadlines and control requirements

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of custody, securities processing, operations or related experience.
• Prior experience coordinating workflow, supporting quality review, and training others is preferred.
• Proven knowledge of operations product areas and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow, work distribution, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Verify setup of new accounts, changes to accounts and closure of unnecessary accounts.
• Monitor inquiries, escalate issues, and drive timely resolution with internal teams.
• Review team work for accuracy and adherence to procedures; provide sign-off when required.
• Support onboarding and day-to-day guidance for specialists and provide backup coverage.
